The materials requested will provide the flexibility of running literature circles. It will also exposed students to various reading levels. Furthermore, the texts selected provide a range of different topics of interest. It is a challenge to get kids to read when they have failed in the past. Through my years of teaching, I have found out that the best way to get a student to read is to place a book in their hands while guiding them on the process of reading a story. However, in order to ignite their desire to read, they need access to great books.

About my class
