My fourth graders want more than anything to learn all that they can and make their families proud. They read every day, and request new books so that they can become better readers. They practice their math facts with each other and ask for extra help when they need it. One of the most important things that they are learning to do is reflect on how they have grown and how they still need to improve as active learners.
