Having a proper place (that's where the mats come in) to practice the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will help to build confidence and teach self-defense to our students. I am a certified brown-belt in Jiu-Jitsu under the GFTeam organization. This organization is recognized through the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. Students will get a great workout to get the blood flowing for their day. They will also learn self-defense techniques that will instill confidence and discipline into them. Students will experience a good warm-up and stretching routine followed by instructional time where I will show 2-3 techniques. The last few minutes of the session will allow for students to experience the application process as we enact "live training" where they will get to practice the techniques we've covered.
