iPads are very helpful in many ways and can help keep you organized in the classroom or in sports. I will use the iPad for many things including recording students explain how to do a problem step-by-step and keep stats in baseball as well. The purpose in having students record each other is to help achieve a higher level of thinking by having them teach each other. In my few years of teaching, I have figured out that kids listen to each other better than the teacher and that watching and listening other students teach will help them grab tough concepts because sometimes I can struggle to teach on their level. In baseball, stats are super important and easy to mess up if you do not have technology. With the iPad, we can score the game properly and give our parents that may miss a game an opportunity to keep track of the game live so that they can know how their child is doing.
