We are starting a new program in architecture and design at our high school. This is a unique program to offer at the high school level and one that plans to challenge the students with design, composition, drawing and model making. The skills the students learn in this class will also teach them to be problem solvers. The students are excited to learn about architectural design and the field of architecture. These tools will give them the ability to translate their architectural designs into physical models. This is a very important step in the architectural design process and I am so excited to give the students this opportunity.
