I need to rewards my students with tangible incentives in a timely manner to deter them from unruly conduct. Parents are very supportive of my class initiative to promote positive reinforcement and reward system. Good conduct must be rewarded and reinforced that is why I am requesting stickers for boys and girls, prizes to be given to students for following rules and rising to my high expectations. These prizes will be kept in the class to gear students to conduct themselves in a collaborative way, use indoor voices in the hallway, adhere to rules that promote learning and higher level of thinking.
