Taking part in physical education is really beneficial to children as it reduces stress and enhances mood. Sometimes my physical education class is the only place students get to move and learn how to build healthy bodies, increase fitness, improve socialization skills and cooperation with others. These pieces of equipment differ from the ordinary team sports-related activities my students are used to. These life long activities can also help build self-confidence, foster sportsmanship, provide the spirit of discipline, get kids moving outdoors and help with personal development! The smaller team sizes will also allow for students to interact on a more personal level with each other and communicate more inter-personally!
