This equipment will allow me to have a fun group sport-oriented PE class. I try hard to get my students active for overall better mental and physical health. Building a community through active play allows me to reach my students on such a different level than through hitting the books. Having a physical outlet will help my students' minds to focus positively rather than let negative aspects of life keep them down. This world has so much technology at their fingertips, and it is my goal to get them active in order to improve their overall health and well-being!

About my class
