As a 5th grade ELA teacher, I would like to give students the opportunity to have flexible seating in the classroom so that they have the ability to be in constant motion without direct interruption to the classroom environment. Students will be able to move their seats frequently and enjoy the furniture in the classroom. Our balance ball chairs will allow students to wiggle and bounce without interrupting others learning. "Traditional desks can be uncomfortable and become a detriment to children's learning". Students have enjoyed my current limited flexible seating option, but I would love to give them more options to choose from as they enter the classroom.
