Good readers are good writers and good writers are good readers. Think about all those days you spent drawing pictures and writing stories in your youth. Kids love to draw pictures and tell their stories. With these notebooks my students will have the opportunity to draw a picture to tell their stories and then use those pictures to write stories to match. The option of a box for their story is so important to help students develop their story. The lines will help them to learn proper letter placement and penmanship. Writing comes alive with the proper resources. These notebooks will be used on a daily basis during our Writing Period.
