If you donate to this project, you will be helping our students to get healthy and to learn. I want to incorporate music into our physical education with a cardio drumming class. High school students love music, and it helps them learn. They need a break from the computer, so incorporating movement and music will help them focus and get healthy. I also want them to learn skills they can use their whole lives, so tailgating games will help them move and have fun with games they can do at home or school. Forming teams and competing can also help them learn social skills. The frisbees and balls will also help with team-building activities and let them have fun while getting some exercise. Students who are happier and healthier do better in school.

About my class
