As the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support coach, I'm tasked with finding ways to encourage students. My hope is to use the products in our incentive store where students are allowed to use Saint Bucks and purchase the various items. At the moment the counseling department funds the incentive store with fundraisers each year. While this can become pricey the staff find it very helpful when encouraging students to use proper conduct. Another incentive that we do each year for our students who have good grades, behavior, and attendance is invite them out on field trips that are funded by the counseling department as well.
