These materials will give my students a real understanding of our science concepts that are hard to comprehend from a textbook. Items like the solar system kit will help students understand why the moon seems to change shape. Building vehicles gives students a better understanding of forces and motion. The magnets and electrical materials will allow students to build actual circuits instead of just reading about them. Materials my students can see, touch, and manipulate will greatly impact their comprehension and engagement. Allowing ALL of my learners to have access to materials that will foster growth is important to me.
