These flexible seating options will foster Social Emptional learning in the classroom because the students will have more space for comfortable collaboration. Standard desks do not encourage the students to have room to think and interact. A flexible space will give them options for engagement. Instead of constantly feeling like they are in my space, they will have a place to call their own. Having the different options will show students that I care about them and want to help them choose their seating that will help them learn best.
