As kindergarten begins and students enter their classroom, they are full of wonder and excitement. They work hard to learn all the nuances of school. During the six hour day they use an incredible amount of energy! Many of my students are so excited and nervous they are not able to eat enough at breakfast and lunch to fuel them through the day. This project will allow me to provide snacks 1 to 2 times a day. This will keep them fueled and ready to learn. I have found that students who are given food throughout the day are more focused and ready to learn.
