Having colored pencils and graph paper will help my students be able to apply geometry and statistics to real life. Real life application is imperative to learning and understanding abstract math concepts. Being able to use these materials will help bring geometry and shapes to life. I loved seeing how teachers use these materials for our new math curriculum when we had a training over the summer. I know my students would love to be able to use these materials that will help them succeed in math this year. A lot of my students have expressed to me that they really want to do well in math and I can't wait to help them reach their goals.
