My students have a genuine love for learning! They are constantly talking about current events and wanting to know more. Having a classroom subscription to Scholastic News will help us to incorporate science and social studies into our daily classroom learning in a fun, engaging, and age appropriate manner. This subscription will help us to continue to build a collaborative learning environment where our students will thrive! It will present them with current events in a kid friendly manner that they can understand and appreciate. While the content is kid friendly, my students will feel so grown reading their own "newspapers" in class each week. The buzz that is created when they get their own copies is palpable. The level of excitement to read, learn, and share together is indescribable and every teacher's dream. Please help me make this a reality for my class this year. Help teach my students what 21st century learning is all about.
