Everyone wants to be comfortable! It is the same in a middle school classroom. While some students learn the best sitting still, not all do. Some need various types of seating to learn best. Middle schoolers tend to have lots of wiggles when sitting for multiple class periods. They need seating options that will help them be more comfortable. Students will be able to use these bands as an alternative to getting up and missing some of the material due to trying to refocus. They are able to refocus on their own and this tool can help teach them to self regulate. Students will use these bands to help get some of their wiggles out and fidget without getting up and moving around the room.
