These materials will be used as knowledge blocks that continue construction as students go from one grade to the next grade level. This design will keep students familiar with the materials and hungry to learn more. Students will be able to visually identify, orally name, and physically point out the bones and muscles of their bodies. Students will have fun as they acquire an extended vocabulary that includes anatomical and physical literacy terminology. This year, mastery of content will be achieved and celebrated with group dance presentations where the students bust a move to music and point to and say the names of the corresponding muscles or bones.
