I have been given the opportunity of creating life-long learners. This first year of their education will set the tone for the rest of their educational years. The items on my wish list are items that will help me to create a classroom environment that is exciting, safe, clean and above all, a place where an infinite amount of learning and growing will take place. I want my classroom to be full of bright, welcoming colors and organized in a way that students can find exactly what they are looking for. I also want students to have the opportunity to build on their fine motor skills with different kinds of small objects. Another important part of my classroom is the area where students will get to read in a designated reading area. I want this area to feel comfortable and relaxing as they dive into all kinds of adventures through reading.
