This project will help the students by providing them with the necessary tools to succeed. They will feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. The flexible seating will allow them to move their body if the needed during instruction, helping them increase oxygen flow to their brain and increase concentration and strength. Additionally, flexible seating will allow the students to feel comfortable and stay engaged during instruction. My plan is to encourage the students to take turns in different locations and different seating options to create a community sense in which they increase their communication and collaboration skills.
