Each day we begin our physical literacy plan with Minute to Win It Games to prepare our minds in following instructions and then we continue with a round of calisthenics to wake our muscles and prepare our muscles, upper or lower body, to become stronger thru individual focus. From individual focus, we then move into stretches followed by cardio, then endurance building. If they are able to master each task as we progress, they are rewarded with a game encompassing all of them. The tools I have placed on the list will help better prepare each child to see their potential of being “Fit For Life”.
