The benefits of having an easel are endless. I use my current easel daily, but it is old and falling apart. I love having an easel because I can display information to my class. We would use it to show our pictorial directions for an activity, to write stories, create sentence frames, and many more activities. This easel that I am asking for enhances my children’s writing as well. My students will be able to come up to the easel and write between the lines. They will also be able to pick up words to create a sentence. This easel also allows me to display our big books for our curriculum. This would allow me and my co-teacher to read the book together and point to the words, so our students would be able to read along. It would also enable my class to use magnetic letters to form words and work on our writing. As I have stated before that the possibilities are endless, and having a new easel would be extremely beneficial and appreciative. Thank you in advance.
