Give our students a chance to read what they can connect with. Our staff and students are big supporters of free choice reading. We know that getting kids to love reading is what builds their confidence and grows their academic success. Students will choose a book based on their interests and meet together once a month. Our book clubs are focusing on LGBTQ, Social Justice, and Global Concerns. These books will provide our student's opportunities for independent reading, help with comprehension, encourage the love of learning and help us build a community.
