By upgrading technology in the gifted classroom, students will be able to access large screen tables to research, collaborate, create, and develop 21st Century projects. Currently my students have access to older laptops, however, in order to to use modern software such as drones and 3D printers, they will need these devices. It is my goal as a gifted teacher to provide my students with the skills necessary to be successful in the ever changing future of the workforce. Imagine a classroom where students are engaged and fully involved in using technology that feeds their curiosity and creativity. Imagine students coding and creating tasks for a drone or engineering a model for a 3D prototype. With your help, these things and more will be possible!
