My students have difficultly expressing their emotions in a positive way, coping with daily stress and making healthy life affirming choices. Their self esteem is often low and family life challenging. Some students have special needs such as autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities. My students need to know they matter in this world and can make it better by just being the best version of themselves. The materials I have requested will help my students become dynamite decision makers and heal from their emotional wounds. I will use the resource I have requested to have meaningful discussions, collaborate with them to build healthy mindsets, and practice good decision making.
