Because of the experiences and backgrounds where my students come from, they need different ways/techniques to help them focus during learning time. Sensory items currently benefit their expansion in focusing now. However, my students need the next extra step to focus. Flex seating will help my students focus for even longer periods. They will be excited to learn more because of the comfort during the learning. My classroom is a place that needs to meet every child's needs. Whether that be emotionally, socially, or physically. My students will feel welcomed, comforted, and feel like somebody in my classroom.
