The resources chosen for this project (Beebots and Time Magazine) integrates different modalities for student learning and exposure to relevant information geared towards 3rd graders. The Beebots allows students to be exposed to STEM that will foster critical thinking. Additionally, Time Magazine is a hit with my students because it provided relevant non-fiction information that is age appropriate. It has engaging materials that cross weave through multiple subjects. Integrating flexible seating in the classroom allows students to choose an environment that will best help them learn and accommodate their learning styles. Additionally, these options foster collaborative work with their peers.
