These iPads will allow my students to be included in completing projects. Also, it will be an accommodation to help my students with orthopedic disabilities to express themselves and complete basic projects/homework. Also, iPads will help many of my students to overcome anxiety and learned helplessness about writing by using word processor functions, instead of the pencil to paper. There are many great project-oriented apps, such as SeeSaw, that can be incorporated in our reading, writing, and math lessons to make them more dynamic. This will help my students close their individual gaps in accessing the general education curriculum. This will go a long way in helping them all to be part of inclusion.
