The Tello drones will give students the opportunity to think globally about the benefits and drawbacks of their applications. Students will compare the use of drones to deliver packages, to traditional road transportation. Using the Tello drones and Wonder Workshop Dash Robots, which I already have, students will have to get from Point A to Point B using the blocky coding method. There will be different obstacles on the ground, so students will determine which technology, the drone or robot, is quicker and easier to complete the task. Comparing and contrasting the two different modes of transportation will allow the students to make an decision on the future of drone delivery services.
