Help my SPED students with low motor skills have the opportunity to show their learning by making it easy on them by using 21st century technology with this iPad. We will use this iPad during our First in Math centers as well as to conduct our IStation assessments. We have a strong initiative with Science standards therefore this iPad will enhance students' learning in Science by using apps directly engaging students in Science activities and games. My students come eager to learn every day and they love to learn in different ways. The best way to give them the opportunity to explore, learn, and practice those skills learned are with this iPad. With technology all around us and being used more and more everyday, my students would have the opportunity to access technology and learn the skills needed to succeed in the 21st century. My students will benefit in many ways by using the iPad, they could also have the opportunity to make a digital portfolio of their work. Outside of the classroom, my students have little to no opportunity to access technology, therefore their only opportunity to use technology is in the classroom.
