Opening a new classroom is fun and exciting. One of the most important aspects of any classroom is a comfortable "escape" where little learners can have quiet time and relax. The reading area is the place for kiddos to come and relax, grab a book, and de-stress from the day. Since the classroom is new, furnishing this area would be an amazing addition. The reading puppets and other song and story materials will also help my students engage in this area. Little ones are such visual learners that items like this really go a long way. I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!

About my class
