We will be able to explore statistical concepts through hands-on activities and exploration. Students will be able to collect data and generate results to summarize. Using in-class experiments, students will be able to get close to data that they are interested in. Students will be able to generate data, explore materials, and summarize results to get closer to the concepts we are exploring. In addition, students will be able to self-direct their explorations with several choices of manipulatives. The goal is to help each student have a unique connection to the material in a way that makes the most sense to them.
