Comfortable, fun seating will help grow my students interest in reading. Celebrating their birthdays throughout the day and throughout the school building will help them feel more loved. Wiggle chairs will help my wigglers focus and release energy when necessary. For some students, school is a way to escape from their broken homes and receive the love and care that they may not be getting at home. My biggest mission as a teacher is to make every student feel important, loved, safe, and able. Given that this will be my first year teaching and also my students' first year in school, we are going to experience a lot of firsts together. I want to provide them with the best experience possible!

About my class
