As an elementary teacher that has been teaching for seven years, I am always looking for opportunities to improve my craft. I follow Jen Jones and know that she will give me strategies that I can immediately bring back to the classroom and use. I look forward to getting stronger at teaching guided reading, using strategies to build vocabulary and pushing students to higher level of thinking. Being in a leadership position at my school, I am also excited to teach other teachers in my building all of the strategies that I have learned from the guided reading guru Jen Jones.
