Our center serves low/no income families. Many of these families are headed by a single parent, grandparents raising their grandchildren, foster children, etc. The children don't always have a stable home environment. We are trying to brighten up our hallways and classrooms by putting up encouraging words, quotes, and pictures. Having a Cricut Maker will allow us to do this. We can also use this machine to make learning aids for the classroom, such as alphabets, number, matching, file folder games, pieces for fine motor activities, and many more things. Ideally, we can make each child a book all about them and their dreams for the future!
