Being in school for 6+ hours is difficult for many students, especially five and six year olds! For many of them it is their first experience away from their parents, so my hope is to provide a fun and exciting “home away from home” feel in my classroom and still teach them about our world. Flexible seating provides a way for my active learners to be able to still move as much as necessary without disrupting instruction! I am also hoping to fund magnetic letter manipulatives for some hands-on learning centers so my students’ learning will be fun and meaningful!

About my class
