My project is all about getting more math resources for my class. I am starting off with very little and need to build up my classroom. I chose math manipulatives that I have experience with and that really work at engaging students and making the concepts concrete. 3rd grade is mostly about multiplication and division, with some place value and fraction work. I chose a little bit of materials for each main concept we will learn throughout the 2019-2020 school year. These hands on materials will help my students to learn the content by getting their hands busy and minds engaged.
