This year, I am supporting a diversity of learners who compose the third-grade SPED class. Because this is my first year as a teacher, I am in need of many school supplies and resources. I have selected a variety of resources to get my classroom started (i.e. inspirational banners, math skill work books, book organizers, 2-3 grade level books) to address the following needs: (1) using visuals and words to establish a friendly, helpful classroom environment, (2) provide students with additional resources that will aid in their mathematical learning journey, (3) organize books, spelling and vocabulary words (using pocket charts), so that it is reader/student-friendly, (4) building my classroom library to support a community of fluent readers. All resources will be utilized in different, but important ways. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo for your time and generosity.
