Kindergartners LOVE to tell stories. Puppets enhance this experience, even more! When children are able to create stories and bring them to live, they are able to cement and expand content and skills learned throughout the day. The best part, students are able to do this while having fun and interacting with their peers. Through this project, my primary puppeteers will be able retell stories they've heard or create new stories to share with others! It is my hope that my Kindergarten learners can expand their learning and dramatic play through access to a puppet discovery center. Our classroom currently has a puppet stage nook, but only has one puppet. Your support of our projects will allow our nook to become a thriving learning space!
