Flexible seating will provide the best learning environment for students who need movement to focus. Students are able to choose areas in the classroom to read and write. Some students work better when they are able to move. The stools that I have chosen will allow students to get some of their energy out, while remaining focused on their work. Flexible seating will give my students a degree of choice and control over their environment. They will be able to move as needed to stay calm and productive. Students will remain engaged in their work for longer periods of time, and continue to be motivated to keep going!
