These books will help me to continue enhancing the quality of my print-rich classroom and library. These books will also help me to enhance my students love of reading as they explore the world of classic literature. My classroom library is a place that my students are encouraged to really enjoy and to explore. Every book that is selected for my library is treated with love, care, and always selected with the kids in mind. We are currently reading "The one and only Ivan" and I have never seen a more enthusiastic group of kids who love to read. I have also watched them for the last 2 months in school and I have seen many of them choose to check out common books such as these from the school library. I believe with these books my students will continue to choose books that interest them and grow to love the classics.
With these new books, my students will be able to explore the world of classic literature and continue to blossom their love of reading.
It is a common known fact that the best way to increase not only the level of reading but the love of reading is through many opportunities to actually read. These books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading while challenging their reading abilities. My students already have shown an astounding interest and love for reading and this project will only continue to help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
