The rug I have chosen will be used in my new reading center. As a new teacher to this school and only in my second year as a teacher, I want to make reading enjoyable for my students. Having a rug that is comfortable and inviting will only encourage them to curl up with a good book. This rug will be used in my reading center, as one of our center rotations and as a place to meet when I read books aloud to my students. My hope is that their love for reading will transfer into a lifelong love for reading. By donating to this project you will be helping my students this year and for years to come.
