My classroom is strictly flexible seating, and we LOVE it! We do all of our teacher instructions around our carpet area. When we work on our own projects they are allowed to work around the room. A lot of them still choose to lay on the carpet and stay by me. I would love for them to have a new, fresh carpet for us to work at all day long! The carpet I redid currently has only 20 spots to seat at, this new carpet would give a spot for all 26 students to sit on and feel connected to our classroom family.
