Society today is immersed in a world run by technology. In order for my students to be prepared for this world, technology in the classroom is a must. These two Chromebooks will be the start of a computer station in our classroom, where my students can research, create, and type reports. In addition, the Chromebooks will individualize instruction by allowing students to practice the skills in which they have the greatest need. Finally, these Chromebooks will give my students the practice they need to be successful on state tests. For some students, the classroom may be the only place that exposure to technology occurs. Having a computer station will allow me to provide my students with the tools they need to succeed.
