Pre-K playgrounds play an essential role in the development of the whole child. The outdoor material will enrich daily learning experiences, provide my pre-K students an opportunity to enhance gross motor skills, decision making skills, social/emotional growth as well as having fun each day during outdoor time. The pre-K students will utilize each item requested such as the crawl and climb caterpillar, riding toys,lawn movers and basketball goal. The material/toys will encourage the students to play together and eagerly await for outdoor time/playground. These materials will make a huge difference for my pre-K students. Our current playground doesn’t have much for the pre-K students to do or many enticing toys for them to use. This material will be appreciated, enhance their outdoor learning experience and be used each day.
