My first grade classroom is a learning hub where I encourage students to grow and develop throughout the year. I believe in learning diversity and our classroom activities encourage independent responsibility. When first graders are challenged, they love to problem solve. It's my job to provide the classroom environment that will foster this kind of learning. I'm requesting four Apple iPads for my first grade STEM classroom. With these iPads, I'll create learning centers for small group and independent math, reading, science, art, and coding activities. We'll access a variety of online resources and students will be able to share their learning with each other. In addition, I can connect the iPad to our SMARTBoard for whole group learning and sharing. Your​ support of my teaching initiative is so appreciated by me and my budding learning "bees".
