By synchronizing their binder with our marking period calendar, students will have a nearly failsafe organization method. Our daily tab system will match our self-serve wall pockets holding extra copies, and rainbow tabs will make organization fun and accessible to our most challenged learners. They'll use the table of contents to easily reference work for each day's lesson, while practicing organization that's used in the real world. At the end of each marking period, students will have a true portfolio: they'll be able to see their progress and select their best work. Then they'll archive remaining work, and re-use the tabs for the next marking period. Furthermore, we'll share the high-capacity hole punch in the faculty copy room, transforming our school's potential to keep our students organized. It's these little supports that give everyone the gifts of time and peace of mind, when everything has its place.
