AP Literature and English class is demanding and rigorous work. My students need to have the opportunity to stand up, stretch and keep working while in that flow state. Also, I am an AP learning partner looking to make AP Literature relevant and transferable for all of my students. Studying literature is an opportunity to expand thinking and broaden perspectives on our world and humanity. The rigor of AP Literature helps students persevere. Studying language through speaking and listening and reading and writing prepares students for those essential employability skills like collaboration and communication and research. It's a win-win situation!

About my class
