School runs very much around technology in this day and age. It would be very beneficial for my students to have constant access to Chromebooks while they are in my room. I teach multiple directed studies classes, and within these classes I ask my students to complete weekly grade checks. In order to check their grades they need access to a Chromebook. This helps my students stay up on their homework and also helps them become more accountable and successful. A big part of English curriculum is writing! Many students struggling in the traditional sense of pencil to paper writing. Chromebooks make the writing process a lot easier for my students. They can make the difference in each student's writing experience.
